3 months later after purchasing the Reversing Guitar Tendonitis program!

All that is left as far as pain goes is slight discomfort on the top of my wrist! at one point, i couldn't even open my hand. Joshua, any suggestions how to blast through the last bit of pain i have?
It started with burning on the top part of my wrist, followed by numbing sensations throughout my hand and fingers, followed by random stabbing pains throughout my forearm.
Almost all symptoms have subsided excluding some moderate wrist discomfort and occasional "slight" burning sensation.
what can i do to blast through this last bit of trouble and start playing my guitar again??

Joshua Answers:Hi Danny.
You can start playing your guitar now. No need to wait until -all- pain symptoms are gone.
That's not a bad strategy, but not entirely necessary.
I sent you an email with a detailed response to your question, but for public consumption, the answer is:
Somewhere deep in there is 'stuck' tissue.
Meaning, until it get unstuck, it will continue to send problem signal to the nervous system, and the nervous system will respond with pain.
This may or may not be a problem, depending how much you play, how much time passes, how much maintenance self care you do, how healthy your system is, etc.
Guitar players tend to end up with a 'deep' tightness, moreso than computer users.
While all
Tendonitis follows the same progressive pattern, there are additional variables for the specific body part and type of usage.
To fully reverse the guitar tendonitis dynamic, one has to fix that deep factor.
