4 yrs of tendinitis

by Anna
(Indiana)

I'm 29, suffering from tendinitis in my arms since '04 or '05 and feet for a year.

Just found your website. Can hardly type.

Just wanted to say thank you. I adopted a traditional foods diet last Dec, but haven't "indulged" as much in coconut oil and bone broth, etc as I've wanted to.

Thanks for the kick in the seat, & all the info. Now I have hope of a full recovery. Can't afford the DVD now but will get it later.

Joshua Comments:

Hi Anna.

4 years is a long time. Ouch.

That was a great move switching to a traditional diet. I don't know what that means exactly, but I'm guessing it doesn't include pasteurized milk, other pasteurized foods, and processed foods like 'enriched' wheat and white sugar, etc.

I would definitely jump on the bone broth. Having Tendonitis in the hands and the feet points to your connective tissue not being as strong as it should be.

Definitely spend some time in the sun on a daily basis, morning and/or noon time. Or supplement. Vit D is a big player in aches and pain, random pain, and a load of other health issues we currently consider to be common 'diseases'.

As far as the wrist/hand pain, you can start to make a huge impact right now if you learn How To Reduce Inflammation.

Do it A LOT for the next 7 days, and you will likely be very pleased with the results.
