Who Should Take The Wrist Pain Relief in a Day Workshop?
Wrist Pain Relief in a Day is a 4 Hour Workshop for individuals:* Suffering mild to severe Carpal Tunnel Symptoms, Hand and/or Wrist Pain, or similar forearm/wrist/hand symptoms. * Suffering from new pain, or old long-term pain. * Pre- and Post-Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery (contact me before enrolling if surgery was recent). The workshop is an active training. You will not only learn how to get pain free, you will be doing what I am training you to do, and you will leave the course WITH GREATLY REDUCED SYMPTOMS! Specifically, this workshop is for people who are ready to learn how to be Pain Free.
You will learn: * To use your hands as much as you want, regardless of your work or hobby, and stay pain-free * Easy activities that will make your pain go away fast, and keep it away * The Fatal Flaw of Ergonomics, and how to avoid Repetitive Strain Injury * Why Rest, Corticosteroid shots, and Splints are ultimately ineffective * Why surgery may be a very bad idea
Who Shouldn't Take The Workshop
* Individuals who are allergic to ice.* Individuals that can't take half a day to learn how to, and in fact get well started on the path to eliminate their pain. * Talk to me regarding whether you should take the training or not if you have arthritis in your hands/fingers or you have Raynaud's disease.
