I can no longer play bar chords because I lose all strength and coordination of my ring finger and my pinkie finger on my left hand.
This happens after I play any bar type chords for a couple minutes. My hand on the opposite side of my thumb near the wrist begins to ache along with the two fingers I mentioned earlier. I have begun using the capo up and down the neck to change keys but I play mostly in the Key of G and D since they both dont require bar formations.
I need help.
I am very limited to what I can do and I want to be back to normal.

Hi Randy.
Tendonitis can look a lot of different ways.
You're definitely a candidate for having some version of Guitar Tendonitis. You've been playing guitar and over time structures have gotten too tight over time.
It sounds like you're pain free, but as soon as you start playing it kicks in. This is a function of your muscles -already- being super tight, they're stuck in a state of hypertonicity and fatigue, with little potential do to work.
You need to open these structures up, and get rid of any inflammation that is in there making things worse as it does it's part in the Pain Causing Dynamic.
Playing better/differently isn't likely to help at this point, as structures have tightened up and are stuck that way.
Open up the structures, relax tight muscles, etc.
