Wrist Tendonitis Over 7 years, Super Soaker squirtgun waterfight

Firstly let me tell you, you are a true blessing!!

I have suffered with tendonitis for over 7 years! I developed repetitive strain injury in my arms and hands from a job I was doing. I have been doing ok and managing it if I don't do too much.

A couple of weeks ago we got into a wading pool with the kids, and I was continuously filling up a super soaker that required pulling back on a long tube to fill it with water.(about 3 feet long!) It hurt a bit at the time but the next day it felt like I had broken my wrist. I was dying of pain.

Due to the economy, in April I lost my office job and today I was presented with an opportunity to run a burger bus. (I love cooking and this kind of business) I realized that I may not be able to do the burger flipping and shaking of the french fry baskets day in and day out, especially since my wrists have continued to ache and any twisting motion sends shots of pain through my hands.

I have just finished doing the ice soak for the last two hours and I have finally gotten some relief. I am so excited because if I can actually cure this ailment, then I can do my dream of cooking and expanding my catering business.

I will continue this treatment for the next week.

Do you have a dvd for wrist tendonitis? Or will one of these video's help me to rid this problem for good?

Will just the ice baths and ice massage be enough or is there more that you could recommend?

I would be more than happy to purchase a DVD from you.

I thank you so much for your "free" information, I have searched all over the internet and your site is the only one that offered a true solution.

Thank you so much.

Hello Sheila.

I'm so glad you've tried my icing suggestion!

And I'm not surprised that you've noticed benefit after just one day of dipping.

I haven't done a
wrist tendonitis DVD yet. Which is kind of a bummer, but the trick is, CarpalTunnel Syndrome and Wrist Tendonitis share the same Pain Causing Dynamic.

Just ice dipping could be enough to get your pain levels down to nothing or next to it.

Having said that, I do believe that it would be worth it to get The Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Works DVD. There's no reason that you shouldn't be able to rehab your arms and do the work that you love to do.

With the activities on there and the -combination- of the activities on there, you can not just lower your pain levels, but also reverse the progression of the problem.

And, you may or may not have actual wear and tear damage Tendonitis. It's quite likely that all the years of using your hands has just slowly made everything so tight that pain is the next natural step.

And, if you get the dvd, use it, and then still have pain, we can fine tune what you are doing, will have more clues as to what exactly is going on, and if it turns out you have actual damage to the tendon, I'll tell you what to add into the self care routine.

It won't win me any Oscars, but I'll put the content up against anything that's out there.

And I'm happy to work with you till you are out of pain and trained at how to keep yourself out of pain.

MMmmm, burgers.....

P.S. Thank you for the glowing praise.:) You are very welcome. I love what I do.
