The Tendonitis Expert Newsletter, Issue #010 -- Two Announcements and a Question
March 12, 2012

Healing With Energy, Revamping the Newsletter, and Anything Specific?

Hello Everyone.

It's been a while since my last newsletter message, but that's changing. More on that in a moment.

Three points today.

1. Energy For Healing

On the website and in the DVD and Ebook products, I keep the focus on -physical- methods to eliminate Tendonitis. But as they say, there's more than one way to skin a cat.

While I lean towards the physical side of things, there is no denying that mental and energetic methods can do amazing things for the physical body.

Every person is different. So mental/energetic aspects can be an aspect of your pain dynamic. There's a RIGHT tool for every job, perhaps you require the addition of mental/energetic methods to become pain free.

It may or may not be for you, but check out The Spring Forest Healingfest.

It starts today (sorry for the late notice, I just found out about it) so take a look.

Mental focus, simple movement, and controlled breathing...can be incredibly powerful.

2. Upgrading the Newsletter.

I haven't done a good job with the newsletter. 8 messages in the last 4 years....

That's because I've put all that content into the website.

Long story short, I'm revamping the newsletter, and I'm creating a regular schedule of content-rich, topical emails, and calling it the 'Ongoing Email Series'.

Look for those emails soon. And as always, you can unsubscribe (see link at the bottom) if you're not interested in Tendonitis-related information and updates.

Along those lines....

3. Anything Specific?

I know what i'm going to be sending, but I want to make sure you're getting what you want and what you find interesting and valuable.

Please reply to this email and let me know what kind of information, topics, etc, you would like to see in an ongoing email series.

I hope you're all pain free or close to it, and actively working on it if not.

Summer's coming, and so is the sunshine and Vitamin D. (I'm currently in Seattle for another week or two, and MAN DID I FORGET ABOUT THE GLOOMY WEATHER.)

I've been 'forced' to do some controlled breathing exercises to combat the Seasonal Affective Disorder (sunshine is great for the moods of lazy people!)

Along those lines, check out The Spring Forest Healingfest
