16 Year old with wrist and forearm pain after football game

After my football game, My forearm hurts whenever i move my wrist. it seems that whenever i move my wrist up or down, it tightens or pulls something in my forearm and believe me, it hurts. I'd appreciate any answers

Well, I'd need more information.
Did you fall on it? Get it stepped on? Was it a wrist impact or an arm impact or?
Did you have any pre-existing Tendonitis of any kind?
In the meantime, anytime you tweak/hurt something in your hand, wrist, forearm, learn How To Reduce Inflammation.
