Extended Treatment for Wrist Tendonitis?

by Ron
(Italy)

Hello,

I have been dealing with a debilitating wrist tendonitis in both arms for the past 2 months. I went to get a nerve conduction study done and they confirmed it was not a carpal tunnel.

I just purchased your ebook on reversing wrist tendonitis. I plan on starting treatment first thing tomorrow.

My question is instead of doing the protocol for 2 hours can I do it for 3-4 hours for faster treatment? I am in the military and my job is mainly sitting at a keyboard for the most of the day so I am looking to get better much faster.

It's hard dealing with military docs as they have the 'power' to reduce my time at a keyboard.

Thank you,
Ron

Hi Ron.

Good question.

Yes. The 2 hour aspect in Reversing Wrist Tendonitis ebook is part of the basic recipe, something specific to do until one learns the ins and outs of the system.

So yes, you can do the self care over 3-4 hours. Or 6-12 hours. You can do as many sets you want, or parts of sets, etc. As convenient, etc.

The basic recipe is specific. But the next level is very flexible and freestyle.
