Guitar pain in middle finger and thumb up through forearm to elbow and shoudler

my pain is in the index middle and thumb digits going through forearm settling in the elbow and up the arm to the deltoid muscle then to my upper back...burns and throbs very painful....I'm soooo sad and scared! somebody please help!

First off, stop whining.

I don't say that to be a jerk, I say that to get you to get a grip and figure out the problem and find the solution.

Pain only frightens us when we don't understand it. When we don't know the cause, when we don't know how to make it go away.

Ironically, that fear and that pain can be a great teacher.
