H1n1 Side Effect: Severe Muscle/Socket Pain

by April
(Fresno)

I too had had the same problems.

I took the "stupid" H1N1 vaccine and I am full to the brim with regret.

December 10th was the day of the dreadful vaccine. I expected a few days of soreness within the first week, but after the second and third weeks--no!

The pain has spread to my rotator cup. If I hold my left arm akimbo then attempt to raise my elbow to the level of my shoulder, the pain is aggravatingly painful. I feel I was hit by a car or I fell from a mountain, it is that bad!

I am extremely healthy. I exercise 6 days a week; eat no junk food; eat according to my blood type; eat three meals/1 snack per day in small portions; drink water without count; consume chelated vitamins and minerals daily; take Collagen C to bolster the strength of my muscles and joints; and I am adamant about securing eight hours of sleep per night.

Consequently, I can confidently isolate the side effect of nothing else but the H1N1 vaccine into my more than healthy arm. I have massaged it with a deep tissue action to no avail. I am so angry I have thought about litigation, but I do not have the time or money.

I have taken no pharmacueticals to mitigate the pain, as I want to know and feel exactly what is happening to my arm.

Please tell me what to do to alleviate or heal the problem.

H1N1 Shot Immediately Followed By Pain And Muscle Weakness>

Hi April. I'm sorry to hear that. You didn't leave your email or click the notifications box, so I hope you find this.

I have a newly pregnant friend who just got the swine flu vaccination. I cringed when she told me that.

I like the idea of litigation. However, last I heard, the U.S. government has given the pharmaceutical companies immunity against lawsuits from sine flu vaccination damages.

I also like the idea of 'massaging it out', as you have been. I suspect that won't fix it. It certainly may help, and don't stop. More on that in a bit.

Swine flu vaccinations, and vaccinations in general, contain contaminants. Mercury, squalene (theoretically not in the US), and other adjucants.

"According to a number of studies, vaccine contamination is widespread,
with vaccines containing pestivirus, mycoplasma, viral fragments, DNA fragments and bacterial components, all of which can produce chronic systemic disorders, cancer, neurologic diseases and even slow brain degeneration."

"According to the vaccine manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline, maybe one in ten vaccinated will experience trouble, which is slightly more than the usual seasonal influenza vaccine. This is because a substance in the vaccine triggers immune your immune response."

Both quotes from One of Dr. Mercola's Swine Flu pages.

I don't think massage is a key tool for decreasing your pain, because your body is responding to an invader and either the invader or your immune response is creating all this pain/problem.

Circulation is good, don't get me wrong. That's why I would suggest massage, ice packs, finishing hot showers on cold on the shoulder area.

Here is a list of recommendations (nutritional) from Dr. Blaylock and Dr. Mercola. What To Do For Swine Flu Side Effects.

Let's go with that you're lucky you didn't get some of these 'acceptable' side effects: acute allergic reactions, including swollen tongues, throats and respiratory distress.

So. I would massage and ice just to get new blood in and old stuff out. This includes all the Pain Enhancing Chemical your immune response is dumping into the area which makes your pain/stiffness worse and worse.

I would up the nutrional aspects as the doctor above recommends. Can't hurt.

Potentially you could test to see how your body is detoxing. You can be 'healthy' but not be detoxing very well, which can set one up for system shock after the injection of new toxicity. (This is one theory explaining the onset of Autism after vaccinations).

So read up, keep at the self care, and let us know what happens from that.

More questions, and I'll answer as I'm able.
