My wrist pain from playing guitar that wont go away

Hi My name is Jason. I really love the guitar and one day hope to go to music school but recently i've been really down because my wrist has been causing me a lot of annoying pain. I don't know exactly when this pain started but i think i noticed it one day when i was learning a song that took a lot of strange spreading of my fingers.
Anyways i continued playing hoping it would go away but it hasn't and that was 6 months ago.
Now my other wrist hurts as well because i was practicing alternative picking which is short movements of up and down using your wrist a lot.
My wrists hurt even when i'm not playing the guitar bot anything too painful but very annoying.
i really want to fix this.I don't have health insurance and i don't know what to do.

Joshua Answers:Hi Jason.
The good news is, you don't need health care insurance for this.
Sure, you can go see doctors and all that, but if you're like most people with any kind of
Wrist Tendonitis symptoms, you'll do circles in that system for a long time.
Granted, I'm biased, but I think you should drop $20 on my
Reversing Guitar Tendonitis ebook. If you want to play guitar pain free for the rest of your life, you better learn how to counter the side effects of playing guitar.
It's not rocket science, but you might as well have a complete plan of attack to get your arms/wrists/hands feeling good again.
Inflammation, nutritional insufficiency/deficiency, the
Pain Causing Dynamic, repetitive use, repetitive motion, repetitive strain, etc.
It all adds up.
